Yields: 2 lbs of fudge
1 tsp butter (0.10 per serving)
1 can sweetened condensed milk ($0.80 per serving)
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips ($.0.40 per serving)
1 cup butterscotch chips ($0.20 per serving)
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract ($0.10 per serving)
How to Make It:
Line a 9-inch square pan with foil. Grease the foil with butter.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine milk, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips. Microwave, uncovered, on high for one minute. Stir.
Cook 30-60 seconds longer, stirring every 30 seconds or until chips are melted.
Once removed from the microwave, stir in nuts and vanilla.
Transfer mixture into prepared pan. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
Using foil, lift fudge out of the pan. Gently peel off foil.
Cut fudge into 1-inch squares. Store in an airtight container.
