Breakfast burritos are a great, filling meal. Not only are they cheap and easy to make, but they are portable and can be frozen for meal prep purposes.

Ingredients: $2.57 per serving, yields 6 servings
¼ pound of ground sausage meat ($0.66 per serving)
6 large eggs ($0.48 per serving)
6 tortillas ($0.24 per serving)
1 ½ cups of shredded cheese ($1.19 per serving)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Crumble sausage and cook in a large skillet on medium-high heat until no longer pink.
Beat eggs in a large bowl.
Turn stove heat to medium-low and cook the eggs in the same skillet. Stir mixture until the eggs are set. Remove the sausage and eggs from heat.
Evenly place sausage and egg mixture into six tortillas.
Add about ¼ cup of shredded cheese to each tortilla.
Roll tortillas and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in oven on 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.
Remove from oven and serve; can be frozen for later consumption.
